Replace tray, lower car to ground. Visit dealer and buy oil filter that matches the one in your photo. Also buy oil. Document using camera;

I jacked her up and sure enough loads of oil underneath the car. I’ve had a poke around best I can see is it’s coming from the cam/belt cover.

With reference to the 140 horsepower 2.0 diesel engine, the oil filter is the classic cartridge screwed to its support and is located in the lower part of the engine, immediately above the oil sump, near the drive shaft support.
